“My manager’s camera. Another missed opportunity!!! Simon Pegg, J.J. Abrams, Chris Pine and Zach Quinto watched The Avengers IMAX at my work yesterday. I don’t work at all on Sundays! Shoot me!”

Zachary Quinto has good reason not to tell us what happens in the Star Trek sequel.
Sure, he’s not actually allowed to, but also…
He insists nothing is exactly set-in-stone over—even when they’re filming.
“What you guys are going to see has yet to be solidified, decided [and] defined and that’s the great part about working with someone who is so mind-bogglingly talented as J.J. Abrams,” Quinto told me at the Oscars.
I’m so not surprised because Abrams was working on the script until the very last possible minute before he handed it over to his stars.
They’re certainly putting in some long hours. But no worries because no one is complaining.
“It’s been a really overwhelming schedule, but in all the right ways,” Quinto said, adding, “I love to work hard and I’m certainly doing that right now.”
Costar Zoe Saldana told me at the Independent Spirit Awards, “I’m like happy exhausted. I’m literally going to bed with the biggest smile…I feel like I’m home.”
She also told MTV News that Abrams “was very upset” about photos from the set being leaked online last week.

I MADE IT MORE ACCURATE.
OH MY GOD YEEESSSSSS
Zachary Quinto and JJ Abrams at Producers Guild Awards
“Every single person involved with this movie has the same ambition — to do everything they can to justify the long wait … to live up to the lofty expectations of 40-year ‘Trek’ fans and those who are coming to the party for the first time. The energy is crackling. The warp core is primed. And we are, at long last, ready to boldly go once again. I hope to God we don’t screw it up.”
Besides having the greatest name ever, what caused you to cast Benedict Cumberbatch?
ABRAMS: We just were looking for someone with the most awesome name in history. That was the casting call. We asked for someone with the most awesome name in history, ever, and Benedict Cumberbatch showed up, so we were like, “You’re cast!”
What was it that made him your villain?
ABRAMS: Who said he’s our villain?
What made you want to cast him?
ABRAMS: He’s a genius. Honestly, he’s just an incredible actor. If you’ve seen his work in Sherlock, he’s just got incredible skills. He’s an amazing stage actor. He did amazing work (on stage) in Frankenstein. He’s brilliant. You try to cast people who are great. We got lucky.
